Memory Book captures stories of Conferences in Upper New York Written: 3/30/2010 An online “Memory Book” is available for all those who would like to share memories and celebrate people who have touched lives and brought God's love to others in the Conferences which will become the Upper New York Area this year. As United Methodists in Upper New York move into a new future, we give thanks for the people, places, and ministries where we have seen God at work. In addition to being shared on this public forum, the remembrances will be preserved in hard-copy form. All are welcome to write about a person, group, congregation, place or event that you would like us to remember. As a way of sharing our stories and preserving the gifts of our four annual conferences, the Sessions Team has created the Memory Book on the Upper New York web site. Visit the site, read others’ entries, and leave a story or celebration to share. While several of the most recent contributions will be visible on the “launch” page, links at the left will also direct you to previous comments, organized according to the “old” conferences to which they refer.
